How are you feeling after the solar eclipse? If you are feeling a bit under the weather, you’re not alone. Here are some of the reported symptoms people are feeling even days after the solar eclipse, as well as some suggestions on what to do about them.
Although the grand event is over, the solar eclipse energies will still be with us for some time. Some people are reporting some less than desirable symptoms:
-Shortness of breath
You may feel as if you are in a “holding pattern” and may not be able to think clearly. Your intestines may be clearing themselves out and you may feel like you have absolutely no energy nor any desire to do anything. This may bring some depression and you may be worried that you are lowering your vibration or falling back into 3d.
Although we have never done this type of expensive energetic shift in a physical body, it seems normal for these types of symptoms and thoughts to occur as many people are experiencing the same issues.
Some people may have also experienced time anomalies before or after the eclipse. Time anomalies can completely turn our internal time clock inside out, causing confusion and abnormal sleep patterns.

As our bodies continue to receive waves of energies and codes from the great central sun, we need to slow down and allow the changes to take hold. Some people are in a “trance-like theta state” as we bring the new frequencies online in the physical body. It’s similar to a computer being re-booted in order to run a new software program.
It’s pretty normal to go from high to low after a frequency shift, and this one is said to be to be one of the most impactful since the Harmonic Convergence in 1987.
Here are my suggestions for helping your body acclimate:
-Surrender- Let go of the programming that says you should or shouldn’t do something. Listen to your body above all else.
-Rest- Follow your body’s urges to sleep, or to just do nothing.
-Take a Himalayan sea salt bath.
-Grounding is imperative. Spend some time in nature and/or meditating.
-Drink lots of pure water.
-Sniff some peppermint essential oil.
-Read something that you enjoy, and take it easy!
